Singapore based Marine & Offshore Construction has secured new contracts for offshore activities in the Caspian Sea to undertake Project Management & Offshore Construction Services.
Fourcask won a contract to deliver Project Management, Engineering and Offshore Construction for a customer based in the Caspian Sea.
The scope of work includes the Project Management, Engineering, Construction and Installation of subsea pipelines connected to two platforms.
The installation will be carried out by various construction vessel and equipment and will take place in 2022.
The scope of work consists of:
- Project Management Planning and Control
- Project HSE
- Project QAQC
- Project Construction and Installation Procedures and Drawings
- Engineering Analysis – Static and Dynamic Analysis of Pipe-Pulling, Pipelaying, Installation of Concrete Wedges, Above Water Tie-In, Spools Installation, Vessel Mooring, Installation Aids, Loadout and Seafastening.
- Dredging, Pipeline Post Trenching and Backfilling
- Diving Operations
- Survey and Positioning
- Welding, NDT and Field Joint Coating
- Precommissioning
- To obtain approval of all deliverables from Customer, Class. Society and Marine Warranty Surveyor
As part of the pipelay operation, the new pipeline will be pulled below existing live pipeline and a above water tie-in will be carried out from the pipelay barge davits.
