We are thrilled and would like to express our enthusiasm on a monumental milestone on the start of our relationship with Jiangsu Huaxicun Offshore Engineering Service Co., Ltd (HXOES) through this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration MOU represents an exciting prospect for both companies, and we are confident that it will bring a multitude of mutually beneficial opportunities.
The Memorandum of Understanding outlines our commitment to pursue projects and to work together on various offshore execution, such as offshore transportation, installation, heavylift, and pipeline installation services, including Pipeline EPCI and T&I projects. The collaboration between HXOES and Fourcask focuses on pooling expertise and resources, enhances and diversify our joint offerings to the offshore contracting sector.
Under the agreement, HXOES will leverage on our engineering capability, international resources with the experience and expertise on managing and executing projects internationally and Fourcask has access right to co-market the HXOES construction assets and to collaborate with HXOES for execution of projects jointly in order to support it’s business growth especially in this high barrier entry market segment.
Both companies will also collaborate on go-to-market strategies beyond the oil and gas sector by exploring opportunities in marine and renewable industries.
This collaboration between HXOES and Fourcask moves us up the chain of offshore construction to the next level which enhances and diversify our joint offerings to the offshore contracting sector.
